Project Description:
Balarabe Musa Crescent is a Circular Road with a short Access Neck that joins Samuel Manuwa Street, in Victoria Island. It is approximately 950m Road in length with varied Right of Way of 12.0m – 14.0m.
The Reconstruction included extensive earthworks, provision of a Crushed Stone Base and Interlocking Paving Blocks Finish to the 7.0m wide Carriageway. The drainage has an internal dimension of 1.2m wide by (1.0m – 1.4m) varies depth on both side of the Roadway with top slap serving as pedestrian walkway.
There are provision of service duct crosses the Road at 4No locations for utilities works. There are also provision of Street light at both sides of the Roadway, powered by a 30KVA MANTRAC Generator within the Generator house all included in the Contract.

The Reconstruction of Samuel Adedoyin is approximately 200m Road length with varied 15.0m – 16.0m Right of way.
The Reconstruction included extensive earthworks, Provision of a Crushed Stone Base and Interlocking Paving Blocks Finish to the 11.0m Single Carriageway wide with provision of Parking Spacing on both sides. The Drainage has an internal dimension of 1.2m wide by (1.0m – 1.2m) depth on both sides of the Roadway, with the top serving as Pedestrian Walkway.
There are provision of 2No service duct crosses the Road at two (2No) locations for utilities works, as well as provision of 14No (Solar Powered) Street light at 30m interval at both sides of the Roadway.

Rehoboth Close is approximately 170m Road length with varied 8.0m – 10.m right of way.
The Construction included extensive earthworks, provision of a Crushed Stone Base and Interlocking Paving Blocks Finish to the 7.0m – 8.0m wide Single Carriageway with underground drainage with internal dimension of 1.0m wide (0.4m – 1.2m varied depth) on one side. The Roadway is lined with kerb on both sides with provision of 3No – 150mm uPVC sleeves on one side and the top slab of 1.2m serving as Pedestrian Walkway. There are provision of 8No (Solar Powered) Street light at 25m interval on one side of the Roadway.

The Reconstruction of Magbon Close is approximately 175m Road length with varied of between Right of way, of 10.0m – 12.0m.
The Reconstruction included extensive earthworks, Provision of a Crushed Stone Base and Interlocking Paving Blocks Finish to the 7.2m wide Carriageway. The drainage has an internal dimension of 0.9m wide by 0.7m depth on both sides of the road with drain top slab serving as walkway.
There are provision of 12No (Solar Powered) street light at 30m interval on both sides and a provision of 2No – 150mm uPVC sleeves along the Road side on both sides for utilities works.
