 We have been in continued practice for 30 years and have executed projects in different part of Nigeria and other Nations with our qualified and well-seasoned team of engineers.

ENCON undertakes urban and regional transportation planning, transport policy evaluation, transportation network design and analysis, high and medium capacity public transport system, design for urban area traffic control and management. We also undertake road safety audit and safety campaign, beside transport modelling and simulation for identification and evaluation of public transport corridors.

Airport development, including aviation system studies, airport master plan, site studies and environmental studies are ENCON’s forte. 

We have potential for urban mass transit and railway projects; undertake strategic planning studies and are particularly experienced in urban traffic engineering and management, storm water drainage works and road safety. We develop and work with other organisations where appropriate. 

We have undertaken major challenges in Rural and Urban Development projects which include: storm-water drainage, slum upgrading, infrastructure planning and implementation.

Planning capability equips us to undertake strategic studies, specific site feasibility studies and development planning for urban and rural areas, or on a regional basis. In Nigeria, we have extensive experience of development planning for housing, retail or industrial uses and environmental improvement schemes. The regeneration of decayed urban areas requires a blend of technical skills which we can provide to support public, private or partnership initiatives. Our experience enables us to bring local knowledge to the task and maintain a close working relationship with clients.
